Usher's ex wife has been granted an emergency custody hearing after their son got stuck in a pool drain at the singer's home. The court filing says the five-year-old boy suffered a near-death accident, while left unsupervised in a pool on Monday. Tameka Raymond is now seeking temporary primary custody of their two children at a hearing on Friday.
 
British actor Stephen Fry is calling for the Winter Olympics to be taken away from Russia, due to the country's new anti-gay law. Legislation signed off by President Putin in June bans propaganda of nontraditional sexual relations and imposes fines on gay pride rallies. Fry's open letter to the IOC President was delivered along with a 320,000 -name petition.
 
Ashton Kutcher is taking tips from Steve Jobs. Talking at the New York premiere of his new film, "Jobs," the actor says he admires the way the Apple co-founder kept his personal life private and wishes he could do the same.
