Egypt's new interim president is paying tribute to the protesters who helped drive Mohammed Morsi from power. After his swearing in, Adly Mansour said that the protesters corrected the path of the revolution that forced Hosni Mubarak out in 2011. 
 
Autopsies have been released for the 19 Arizona hotshots who died in a fast-moving wildfire. The medical examiner's office says they died from burns and inhalation problems. 
 
After nearly a year, the Statue of Liberty is open again for visitors. The statue itself wasn’t damaged by Superstorm Sandy, but the island was and had to be cleaned up. New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg joined with federal officials on Liberty Island to mark the re-opening. 
 
Hot dog eating champion Joey Chestnut has done it again, winning his seventh straight hot dog eating contest at Coney Island. He downed 69 hot dogs and took home $10,000 and a mustard-yellow champion’s belt.
