1. Sizzle
滋滋声

The chicken breast is sizzling in the frying pan.
鸡胸肉在锅里滋滋作响

2. Splash
水花溅起

splash在这里可以作为动词和名词使用。

动词：

He splashed water on people in the theme park.
他在主题公园朝人溅了水。

名词：

The swimmers made huge splashes when they jumped into the water.
游泳运动员们跳入水里的时候溅起了巨大的水花。

3. Honk
汽车喇叭声/ 鸭，鹅的鸣叫声

A car honked at me when I was looking at my phone.
一辆车在我看手机的时候朝我按了喇叭。

4. Squeak
门板等其他东西的嘎吱声/老鼠的吱吱声

Squeaking door at midnight is really terrifying.
大半夜嘎吱叫的门真的很吓人。

5. Boom!
碰!形容爆炸，东西坠落之类的巨响.

Boom! That book fell from the top shelf.
随着“碰！”的一声巨响，那本书从最高的书架上掉了下来。

6. tick tock
（时针的）滴答声

Tick-tock, tick-tock… Time is clicking, please be quick.
滴答滴答，时间不多了，请你快一点。

7. Pop
短闷的声音，比如开香槟盖子的声音，骨折的声音

I heard your knee pop, are you sure you are okay?
我听见你膝盖“碰”的一声，你确定真的没事吗？

8. Oops!
啊呀

通常使用在自己不小心犯了错的时候.

Oops! I forgot to bring my student ID again.
啊，我又忘了带上我的学生卡。

9. Blah blah blah...
吧啦吧啦吧啦

这里用于省略内容，但要注意的是如果用这个词来复述别人说的话会有不耐烦的感觉，自己用就还好。

My mom said that it would rain and we shouldn't go out blah blah blah... You know, as always.
我妈，跟平时一样唠叨啊，说什么会下雨啦我们不该出去。

10. Shush!
嘘！

Shush! I heard something in the kitchen.
嘘！我好像听见厨房有什么声音。
