香港艺术家将大规模献艺上海世博会

香港特区政府民政事务局局长曾德成21日在民政事务局网站上发表题为“港派艺术沪上大演出”的随笔，介绍了将在上海演出的香港艺术精英团体和作品。

“香港与上海在历史上一直有很密切的文化交流，两地不同层次文化都不断受到对方的影响，有学者把这一现象称为‘双城记’。”曾德成认为，利用世博会的舞台促进香港和上海的文化交流适时而有意义。

曾德成介绍说，将在上海展开的这些文化活动包括18场舞台演出及两个当代视觉艺术展览。舞台演出包括不同规模的多个演艺种类，香港具有代表性且享誉国际的艺术团体如香港管弦乐团、香港中乐团、香港舞蹈团、香港芭蕾团等将赴上海一展才华;一些节目已经被纳入“上海之春国际音乐节”和“中国上海国际艺术节”。

曾德成特别提到，很多节目非常具有香港色彩，例如一铺清唱将演出的《石坚》，是以“望夫石”故事为蓝本的原创音乐舞蹈创作;进念·二十面体(荣念曾实验剧团)将演出的《夜奔》，通过对元朝剧本的改编，探讨不同时代知识分子与艺术创作的深层关系;毛俊辉戏剧计划将演出的《情话紫钗》，把香港的粤剧经典《紫钗记》与现代社会对碰，凸显香港剧场的文化特色。

此外，“承传与创造——水墨对水墨”及“承传与创造——艺术对艺术”两个当代视觉艺术展览，则反映了香港艺术的独创风貌以及香港城市的活力，符合上海世博会“城市，让生活更美好”的主题。

Art groups specializing in symphonies, folk music, and ballet in Hong Kong will stage a cultural extravaganza through the 2010 World Expo, Tsang Tak-sing, Chief Secretary for Home Affairs of Hong Kong, revealed yesterday.

Eighteen stage performances will be presented. Traditional operas will be a highlight, according to Tsang.

Some operas are based on classics and a dance is inspired by the legend of Amah Rock, the story of a faithful wife who missed her husband and didn't know he had been drowned. She was turned into a rock by the Goddess of the Sea so that her spirit could unite with her husband.

Two visual art exhibitions are also on the agenda. One show will feature the development and innovation of ink art, while the other will highlight the assimilation and transformation of western and Chinese aesthetics in shaping the uniqueness of Hong Kong art.
