Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas也许是最为耳熟能详的圣诞歌曲之一了，它简单的歌词和优美略带伤感的旋律深深打动了人心。然而很少有人知道这首歌的原唱其实是著名童星Judy Garland，她率先在影片《Meet Me in St. Louis》中对着剧中的女儿动情演绎了这首歌曲，催人泪下。你会发现Judy的这个版本歌词和我们听到的很有些不一样，更为忧伤；而之后Frank Sinatra翻唱的一个爵士乐版则是我们更常听到的版本。其实歌曲创作时的原词更为情绪低落，唱着“Have yourself a merry little Christmas, it may be your last”，这样的歌词基本就被弃用了。
