Though a handful of people are convinced of such notion，it is not a superstition but a truth based on scientific research conducted by psychology institutions. Consequently, it is vital to know how to get unwanted emotions under control. The emotional toolkit is available, which consists of meditating, getting social support, writing, exercising and seeking therapy. In addition, these strategies cannot be 100 percent effective as they vary with each person, depending on your personality, physiology and other individual factors.
