世博网8月11日消息：自媒体报道了“南京路步行街兜售假冒海宝”的消息后，黄浦区城管监察大队高度重视，随即开展了专项整治行动。

在南京路步行街管理办牵头下，黄浦区城市管理监察大队开展了对南京路步行街各类无证设摊的打击，一天之内就收缴了200余只假冒海宝玩具。这是城管部门在与上海世博局建立联动机制后，首次收缴侵犯上海世博会知识产权标志的商品。

黄浦区城市管理监察大队有关负责人表示,今后将在做好日常管理的同时，继续采取队际结合部立案的联动整治和“9+1”突击队综合整治等方式，加大夜间监察力度，以实际行动保障步行街的市容环境，为迎世博净化知识产权环境。

Urban management staff in Shanghai's Huangpu District have confiscated about 200 counterfeit versions of the 2010 World Expo mascot Haibao following a recent raid on downtown Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.

It was the first time that local authorities have teamed up with the Expo organizer to confiscate bogus Expo 2010 products that infringe the event’s intellectual property rights.

The raid came after reports published in local newspapers saying that street vendors were selling counterfeit Haibao toys.
