在展开询购的一番寒暄后,开始进入正题去了解对方公司或者产品的一些具体信息了。在询购中,我们不仅要询问价格,如果你只谈钱,那么对方很可能会认为你不专业,不靠谱。那么,在询购中,应该询问那些问题了?

(1)询问价格单(price list)

e.g. I would appreciate your sending me an up-to-date price list for your building materials.
果贵方能够发给我公司你方建筑材料的最新价格单,我将不胜感激。

(2) 询问样品(sample)

e.g. It would be helpful if you could supply samples.
如贵方能提供样品,将为我方提供很大方便。

(3)询问最新目录(latest catalogue)

e.g. Could you send us your latest catalogue?
可以把你们最新产品目录寄给我们吗?

(4)询问支付条件(terms of payment)

e.g. We would also like to know your terms of payment.
我们还想了解你方的支付条件。

(5)询问折扣(discount)

(6)询问交货条件( delivery terms)

(7)询问保险(insurance)

(8)询问运输方式(method of transport)

它是怎样处理出货的?

这种产品你们有现货吗?

(10)询问发货时间(delivery time)
