As some of Britain’s most elite students, they are the country’s leaders and thinkers of tomorrow - but for one night a year, Cambridge students let loose in spectacular style at the famous Trinity May Ball.
And as the sun came up this morning, throngs of the young students wandered through the streets of the charming city following the lavish bash.
Another playful young man, right, added a floral touch to his look with some white flowers attached to his glasses.
Good night? A cheerful reveller
held his hands in the air.
Students were evidently
still in the party mood as they took the party onto the River Cam.
One lady, who wore a novelty crown for her stumble
home, decided to ditch her stilettos and navigate the cobbled streets barefoot with her pals.
The festivities continued this morning with many dancing on the street.
Two young men were enjoying the breeze
as they unbuttoned their shirts, removed their dickie bows and swigged on what champagne they had salvaged.
outfits and bare feet were on display as revellers made their way home in the wet weather.
