1)The best way is to show, not tell. If you just use adjective to describe yourself, it will definitely not convince others. Try to use facts and examples to show your skills.
     最好的办法是展示,而不是告知。仅用形容词堆砌来描述自己如何优秀并不能使人信服,用例子和实际的过往经验才能让HR切实看到你的能力。
范例:Jim的个人简历并不是简单地表达:"I am a hardworking person and good at working as part of a team." 而是用具体的例子使人信服:"I undertake additional work when my team requires. As a person who likes to communicate with others, I arranged the company's team building events."

3)Learn to use S.T.A.R. technique to show your strong points. S.T.A.R. means Situation-Task-Action-Result. This format demonstrates how you could apply skills to an employer's workplace.

I surveyed participants to find out their interests and researched some popular games and challenges. • Don’t include photographs.
不要放入照片。
• Don’t include personal information, like gender, marital status, race, religion, national insurance details etc.

• Don’t talk about your real hobbies.
