上海世博会亮相太湖之滨

世博网6月6日消息：今天上午，上海世博会宣传周走进太湖明珠——无锡。一大早，无锡市博物院广场上已是锣鼓喧天、彩旗飘扬。在接下来的一周中，异彩纷呈的各类推介活动将陆续亮相，为无锡市民送上一道道丰盛的世博大餐，点燃初夏“世博热”。

在无锡宣传周中，“我们大家的世博——走进无锡”图片巡回展、“海宝游世界”活动、上海世博会的专题讲座、《百年世博梦》系列专题片播映，“世博知识知多少”竞赛、“我的城市我的世博”网络征集等六大主题活动将陆续举行。

“我们大家的世博——走进无锡”图片巡回展率先启动，现场人声鼎沸、观者如云。图片展共有72块展板，分别展示了上海世博会的筹办进展、上海世博会各国展馆及无锡参与历届世博会的史实。无锡的宜兴紫砂壶、“金双鹿”牌优质丝、惠山泥人等都是历届世博会的金奖获得者，市民们都对无锡在历届世博会的上的出色成绩倍感自豪。

An Expo promotion week started in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, yesterday. Throughout the week Wuxi people can enjoy an Expo picture exhibition, expo lectures and promotion videos expo quizzes and even have a chance to take photos with Expo mascot Haibao.

The picture exhibition showcased Expo 2010 preparation, photos of rendition of pavilions as well as Wuxi's link with Expo, such as Wuxi's Expo award-winning Dark Red Enameled Pottery.

The Expo lecture was held in Wuxi Museum with lecturer Hu Zhigang from the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination. Hu had been in the process of China’s bid for the host of Expo 2010 and Expo Shanghai preparation. Hu's lecture received applause from the audience.
