新开业的俏江南私房菜餐厅主打以燕鲍翅为主的尊贵粤式精品,与北京开设的俏江南西单置地店与富盛店一脉相承,均为中华顶级料理,充分诠释了俏江南菜系对中华珍品料理的特色把握与创新精神。在保留原有餐厅风格基础上,也进行了新的超越与突破,将精致的创新菜肴与现代风华的个性空间融会贯通,汇聚艺术、美食、文化。餐厅位于上海的时尚地标建筑群新天地,毗邻即将开业的目前上海唯一一家豪华六星级酒店。营业面积950平米,大厅餐位138个,包房14间,总餐位244个。来自日本的著名极简主义设计大师三浦荣先生以“摩登旧上海”的艺术风格定义了整间餐厅,餐厅环境与新天地老式新里的建筑形式交相呼应。空间设计上大量运用米色,营造温暖与和谐的基调。新古典主义家具为空间增添了老上海的奢华与繁荣氛围,令宾客在感受30年代老上海的独特风情中品味美食。
The newly opened South Beauty Chef’s style restaurant mainly serves costumers with top Cantonese products by giving priority to bird's nest, abalone and shark's fin, which comes down in the same way with South Beauty Xidan Zhidi restaurant and FUSHENG restaurant in Beijing. They all serve food with the top Chinese cuisine and fully interpret South Beauty cuisines’ understanding of characteristics of Chinese treasures cuisine. On the basis of retaining the original style of South Beauty dinning style, South Beauty has also gone beyond itself and achieved great break through by integrating its dishes with its personalized space full of modern elegance and arts, cuisines and cultures. Japan's famous minimalist designer, Mr. Miura Sakae, with the artistic style of "modern old Shanghai", defined the entire restaurant, therefore the environment of the restaurant and the old-fashioned new buildings in Xintiandi echo each other. When designing its space, the color of beige was widely employed to create a warm and harmonious tone. Neo-classical furniture adds the space with Old Shanghai atmosphere of luxury and prosperity.
