定向降准的英文：
targeted RRR cuts

定向降准目的是为了提振real economy（实体经济），保证全年经济发展目标。RRR就是存款准备金率，即reserve ratio。“定向降准”是相对于across-the-board RRR cuts（全面降准）而言的。
