If it's possible, I would like to have my dream recorded by some sort of instrument. Because for the first, I wonder what has happened in my dream. It would be great to 'replay' them in front of me when I am awake. And what's more, dreaming accounts for almost one third of human beings' life span, which deserves our attention. The most important thing is, sometimes, we do get some brilliant ideas during dreaming. Many people tried to record them and unfortunately they failed. Recording the dream should be a huge breakthrough and a revolutionary invention for human beings.

Dreaming seems to be a very interesting phenomenon. There are theories suggesting that it may be a way for the brain to process and sort all the information collected during a person's activities throughout the day. The brain decides whether the information will be saved to the long-term memory or be discarded. Dreaming happens during the deepest level of sleep, accompanied by rapid eye movement (REM). If a person cannot enter this stage of deep sleep, he or she will be feel well-rested and may feel stressed. It also appears that animals also dream and experience REM sleep.
