日前，有人在微博上爆料称，广州电信剩余流量不清零，可在次月赠送给自己或者他人，这不禁让人想到了长沙刘先生诉中国移动一案。

话题：

你如何看待流量强制清零这一问题呢？

范例1：

For my part, I am that guy who has large-scale bandwidth consumption each month. So the policy that the cellphone traffic will be turned off if it goes over the monthly allotment does not annoying me much. However, that does not mean I support it. Consumers pay enough money to buy this kind of services each month but do not receive the whole services from the supplier, in some aspects, it is unfair for the consumer. While on the other hand, cellphone traffic is virtual, which causes it difficult to add up.

All in all, perhaps adding up the cellphone traffic gives the supplier challenge to improve their facility, the supplier can provide other methods to make up the losses of consumers, like introducing a new service which can convert the cost of the data which had not been used to real telephone bills.

Some persons think that since they have brought the bandwidth, whether it is used up or not, it is all my business and the Telecom has not right to clear it. From my own experience, the bandwidth sometimes is beyond expectation so I have to pay more on net. Of course, more people depending on the bandwidth leads to situation: mobile traffic becomes indispensable in their life. They play cellphone in every moment they are spare. Most people hold the opinion that monopoly is root of all evil. Government controls the telecom industry and people have no choice but buy combo. If the government pushes the policy that put the surplus mobile traffic to the next month, it may hard to regulate it. Hence, to balance the profit between consumers and suppliers, government should take more measure for society profits.
