Faded Paper Figures是一支加州年轻的乐队。一开始John和Kael只是将写歌作为他们的副业，写的歌也并不多。但创作两三首之后，他们找到了音乐的灵感，常常可以从他们的创作小屋内飘出美妙的旋律。他们的音乐受到Death Cab For Cutie,Psapp,The Postal Service，Tahiti 80等优秀乐队的影响，融合了electronic，post-rock，champer pop等元素，丰富而又耐听。最后女声Heather的加入诞生了今天的Faded Paper Figures，使他们的音乐听起来更加地和悦。乐队今年7月自行发行了他们的首张专辑《Dynomo》。
