04月29日： No matter what mood you're in, what kind of day you had, SMILE.不管心情如何，不论过得怎样，请记得微笑！  

：n. 心境，情绪；生气；喜怒无常；基调
例如： At once her mood from one of hopefulness changed to one of deep depression.（她的心境马上从满怀希望变成极度的沮丧。）
          She was in a bit of a mood this morning.（今天早晨她情绪欠佳。）

04月30日：The air was frosty.空气凛冽。

：adj. 严寒的；结霜的；冷淡的
例如：It was a sparkling, frosty, starlight night.（那天夜晚繁星满天，寒气袭人。）
         She gave me a frosty smile.（她对我冷冷地笑了一笑。）

05月01日：We must accept finite disappointment, but we must never lose infinite hope.我们必须接受失望，因为它是有限的；但千万不可失去希望，因为它是无穷的。

1.infinite：adj. 无限的，极大的，巨大的，极多的，无穷大的，非限定的
例如：Genius is an infinite capacity for taking pains.（天才是一种吃苦耐劳的无限能力。）
          It takes infinite patience to teach little children.（教小孩子需要极大的耐心。）

05月02日： Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.即使在最黑暗的时刻，幸福也是有迹可循的，只要你记得为自己点亮一盏灯。

on：v. 打开；取决于；使感兴趣
例如：When you want a bath,you turn on the tap.（当你要洗澡时，打开水龙头。）
          That superstar wrestling really turn me on.（那种摔跤超级明星赛我的确很感兴趣。）

05月03日：I will greet this day with love in my heart.我要用全身心的爱来迎接今天。  

：v. 问候，迎接，招呼；称呼；接受；呈现在...前
例如：Most interviewers greet the applicant with a handshake.（面试的雇主大都会与应聘者握握手。）
          The audience greet his speech with loud cheer.（听众对他的演讲报以高声欢呼。）

05月04日：The future is scary, but you can't just run to the past because it's familiar.未来会让人心生畏惧，但是我们却不能因为习惯了过去，就逃回过去。 

：adj. 恐怖的，吓人的；易受惊吓的
例如：Promises are scary things.（誓言令人生畏。）
          He was scary-looking.（他看上去可真吓人。）

05月05日：Life is tough, but if you have the ability to laugh at it, you have the ability to enjoy it.人生艰难，但是如果你有笑对人生的能力，你就有享受人生的能力。

at：因…而笑；嘲笑；蔑视

例如：Don' t laugh at him; he' s very sensitive.（千万别笑他，他很敏感。）
          I advise you not to laugh at the official warnings.（我建议你不要不顾官方的警告。）
