发行仅36分钟，《RED》就领跑了iTunes上各类专辑榜单，发行首日的iTunes销量就达到了262,000张。专辑曲目不仅闯进iTunes Top20榜前13的位置，主打曲目《Everything Has Changed》更是拿下了iTunes各类榜单第1名。目前，仅在美国，该专辑已在iTunes上被下载超过450万次。《RED》已经取得了单日最高销量的好成绩，而单周销量也直逼最高记录《SPEAK NOW》而去。
