U.S. marshals in Arizona arrested a fugitive couple from Illinois. Nelson and Janet Hallahan pled guilty to running a ponzi scheme a dozen years ago, but fled before their sentencing.

Authorities in Kentucky say they suspect foul play, after finding a body at the Churchill Downs racetrack hours after the Kentucky derby. The body was identified as a Guatemalan native who worked at the track.

And Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is in India. She’s pushing that country to stop importing oil from Iran.
