沪江英乐：Olly Murs原名是Oliver Stanley Murs，出生于英国的埃塞克斯，是一个唱作俱佳的歌手，而且有着极强的表演天赋。

在获得英国偶像之后，Murs 宣布自己自己已经签了Epic Records 和Syco Music 的唱片和经纪约并讲自傲不久之后将会录制专辑。在2010年8月，Murs发行了自己的首只独唱单曲“Please Don't Let Me Go"并在英国单曲榜获得了冠军成绩，这也是他继09英国偶像合唱曲”You Are Not Alone“之后的第二首冠军单曲，并且获得了英国唱片协会的白银认证。接着发行的单曲“Think of Me”虽然排名单曲榜第四但是也获得了白银成绩。

2010年11月，Murs发行了以自己名字命名的首张专辑“Olly Murs”。 这张专辑首周上榜排行第二，单周最大销量达到了108,000张，是2010年单周销量最大的专辑，专辑的销量突破了60万张并且获得了英国唱片协会的双白金认证。2011年5月， Murs宣布自己将回归X-Factor并和Caroline Flack联袂演出。他也确认了将会参加Heart FM的一个名人俱乐部访谈节目。2011年11月，Murs的发行了自己的第二张专辑“Heart Skips a Beat", 专辑里的首只打榜单曲有着浓重的Rizzle Kicks的嘻哈风。其中的第一首专辑同名打榜单曲“Heart Skips a Beat” 在发行之后也成了大热金曲，同样取得了单曲榜的冠军。
