你们记得这一集吧？Joey is "Going Commando" [k?'m?ndo] commando 的翻译是突击队员，不过前面加个going或go就变成：穿着裤子却不穿内裤。

比如：I don't have clean underwear, I'm going commando today 我没有干净的内裤，今天没穿！

Go commando! Are you going commando?

"Going Braless" braless是不穿bra的意思。

Sorry，我对穿胸罩不懂，好像没有go commando那种好玩的说法吧。有谁知道？

用法跟going commando 一样：

Oh my god, she's going braless today 我的天啊，她今天不穿胸罩！

I'm going braless! Wear bra your sister! I'm braless!

口语 “瘦几公斤“ 是 "Shed Some Pounds"。

Shed 在这里的意思是摆脱，减掉。

Pounds 是美国用的重量单位。

I need to shed some pounds 我需要减掉几磅！

Look at your muffin top, you need to shed 20 pounds 看看你的muffin top，你需要减20磅！

Try to shed some pounds 试着减肥吧。

美剧里经常听到这个：That "Didn't Count" 或 "Doesn't Count"，意思是 ”这次不算（再给我一次机会）”。

情景通常是打赌或者比什么，第一次失败：

Hey, that didn't count, I wasn't ready 嘿，这次不算，我没准备好！

Doesn't count, you distracted me 不算，你分撒了我的注意力
