President Barack Obama is calling for an overhaul of the corporate tax system. He's asking to cut the current rate from 35 to 28 percent, and eliminate dozens of subsidies and loopholes.

Federal prosecutors are charging the superintendent of a West Virginia mine with conspiracy to defraud the government. Gary May is now the highest ranking employee of Massey Energy to face prosecution after a 2010 explosion killed 29 men.

A California judge says Lindsay Lohan is in the home stretch of her probation. The judge told the actress today she seems to be getting her life back on track. Lohan is scheduled to host Saturday night live in March.
