America No Longer Leads This List Of The Most Developed Financial Markets
全球最发达金融市场：香港夺冠 美国第二

With Europe in crisis and the U.S. economy dragging, there has been a major shift in the center of the financial world. Hong Kong was named as the most developed market, the first time an Asian economy has held this position, in the 2011 rankings from the World Economic Forum. Economies were ranked on seven pillars: institutional environment, business environment, financial instability, banking financial services, non-banking financial services (like IPOs, M&As), financial markets and financial access.
欧元危机，美国经济停滞不前，全球金融市场的中心是时候该转移了。2011年度，世界经济论坛把“全球最发达金融市场”的桂冠授予了香港，这是首次由亚洲经济体登顶这一宝座。全球最发达金融市场的评选标准由以下七项指标构成：制度环境、商业环境、财务不稳定性、银行金融服务、非银行金融服务（比如首次公开募股、企业并购）、金融市场和金融渠道。

Hong Kong is the first Asian economy to top the list, and financial access -- access to capital and financial services -- is one of its biggest strengths and it ranks number 1 on the financial access list. It also has a strong business environment (3rd) and strong financial stability (4th). Meanwhile, its non-banking financial services like IPO activity and insurance have shown significant improvement.
香港是成为最发达金融市场的第一个亚洲经济体。香港拥有良好的金融渠道（即获得资本和金融服务的渠道)，这是它的一大优势，并在这一指标中排名第一。另外，香港在商业环境的排名中也有不俗表现，名列第三；在金融稳定性上名列第四。同时，在非银行金融服务，如首次公开募股活动和保险等领域，香港都有了很大的进步。
