Volunteer searchers found a body near where police believe a California nursing student was dumped. Michelle Le has been missing for more than three months. Her high school friend is in custody.

And Oktoberfest is underway. More than six million people are expected to descend on Munich over the next 17 days for the 178th installment of the traditional German folk festival.
