Ted Eisenberg holds the world record for the most breast operations - and finds time for a spot of knife-throwing in his spare time.

Dr Eisenberg has conducted 3,460 breast operations and has a Guinness World Records certificate to prove it.

"I absolutely love my work," said the 58-year-old, who is one of the few cosmetic surgeons to focus only on the breasts, "I was good at it and I really enjoyed the instant results. I love the immediate gratification and the happy reactions I get."

The surgeon's love of the knife has led him to take part in blade-throwing competitions since 2008.
