注：材料中其实有提到两个不同的角度，对个人和对企业。虽然我们不能抄材料，但是可以借鉴这样的思路。如果文章中没有两个主体，你也可以直接用For one thing... For another...这样成对的衔接词哦。

第三部分：

总结（更全面的角度去分析）

All in all, perfectionism is an attitude that motivates us to try our best to achieve our goals. Meanwhile, we should bear in mind that the pursuit of perfection allows for mistakes and something imperfect, and that an overemphasis on perfection is more an obstacle than a motivator.
