Restriction

很多人甚至是企业，对竞业限制（competitive restriction）存在误解，认为签订《保密协议》（NDA，Non Disclosure Agreement）就能签订《竞业限制协议》，不论职位高低，一律签订《竞业限制协议》。

但根据我国《劳动合同法》相关条例规定，竞业限制的人员（Personnel subject tothe restriction of competition）限于用人单位的高级管理人员（senior executives）、高级技术人员（senior technical）和其他负有保密义务的人员（personnel under theobligation of confidentiality），如财会人员、秘书等。

常见的限制有社交距离限制（social distancing restriction）、旅行限制（travel restriction）、贸易限制（trade restriction。）
