这些名词均含“花”之意。

: 主要指诸如牡丹、玫瑰、梅花、菊花等供观赏的花以及花的状态。

例如：What beautiful blooms!多美的花啊！

m : 一般指树木开花，尤指果树上开的花。

例如：The oriental cherry is in full blossom.樱花盛开。

: 指开放的花朵或泛指花卉。

例如：I always associate the smell of those flowers with my childhood.我一闻到这种花香, 就联想起我的童年。
 

blush, flush

这两个动词均含有“脸红”之意。

: 侧重因羞愧或尴尬而突然脸红。

例如：I have to blush to admit that thing.我不得不羞愧地承认了那件事。

: 强调因愤怒、高兴、羞愧、发烧或酗酒等引起的脸红。

例如：There was a flush in her cheeks.她满脸通红。
