日前，富士康旗下负责苹果iPhone组装的业务部门iDPBG事业群发布消息称，今年生产高峰期已提前，郑州厂区自7月17日起，返费工最高达到1万元，小时工最高达到每小时28元。同时，富士康iDPBG事业群深圳厂区仍在持续招工，奖金为每人5280元。

在iPhone代工的江湖里，有着“北有郑州富士康，南有上海昌硕”的说法，也从侧面显示出上海昌硕国内第二大iPhone代工厂的地位。近日，《中国经营报》记者从多名为上海昌硕招工的劳务中介处获悉，目前该厂招工已没有返费工模式，只有小时工模式，价格为26元/小时。“现在还没到大招的时候，等到8月后可能会涨。”一名劳务中介说。

这种说法背后的意思是，按照往年的操作，8月份正是昌硕放出大量招聘计划的时候，也就是为冲刺新款iPhone量产的阶段。而信达国际一份研报也指出，苹果iPhone14系列已开始试产，计划在8月量产，苹果已经告知供应商预计上市后的初期销量将高于iPhone13系列。

对万元招工及新一代iPhone生产计划等问题，富士康方面回应称“不评论客户及产品相关信息”。潮电智库董事长孙燕飚则表示：“手机行业正处于冰河期，但超过800美元的高端市场不减反增。一是手机换机周期的变长，增强了消费者购买高端手机的意愿，使得iPhone购机周期拉长;二是由于国产安卓阵营手机厂商内卷得厉害，导致该阵营市场竞争力下降，苹果面临的压力下降了。”
