5月13日，哈里接受了美国播客节目《Armchair Expert》主持人谢波德（Dax Shepard）的访问。
此次访问也是为宣传他与美国名嘴奥普拉·温弗瑞（Oprah Winfrey）即将推出的纪录片《你看不见的我》（The Me You Can't See）。
Prince Harry has said he was caught in a cycle of "pain and suffering" in the British royal family and hinted that he is heavily critical of the way his father, Prince Charles, raised him.

Discussing his upbringing as a royal, he said: "When it comes to parenting, if I've experienced some form of pain or suffering because of the pain or suffering that perhaps my father or my parents had suffered, I'm going to make sure I break that cycle so that I don't pass it on."

“I’ve got so much I want to say about the First Amendment as I sort of understand it, but it is bonkers,” he said.

“I don’t want to start going down the First Amendment route because that’s a huge subject and one which I don’t understand because I’ve only been here a short time.

One Twitter user told Harry to “get the hell out of America” after hearing the interview, while another commented: “If he has a problem with the constitution then he can go back to Britain.”
