Q：What is important when you are planning a meeting?
A：Creating an agenda is very important when planning a meeting. Doing so helps participants know what they should talking about and keeps the conversation focused. All items to be discussed at the meeting should be listed on the agenda and the purpose on each item should be clearly indicated. Make sure copies of the agenda are available before the meeting.
