美甲用到的词是manicure，这个词既有动词“修指甲”的意思，也可作名词。注意：这个词仅用来形容“手部指甲护理”，如果说“脚部指甲护理”，用的是pedicure这个词。

而很多人常用的指甲油，英文则是nail polish。

 

其他重点：

预算：budget。a tight budget，预算紧张

预告：trailer。平常看的电影或电视剧的预告就是这个词

蝎子：scorpion。天蝎座：Scorpio

嫉妒：be jealous of，名词是jealousy

是还是不是：yea or nay，这两个词都是口语中说法，也就是yes or no
