炸豆丸子是用鹰嘴豆泥做成的油炸丸子,是中东一代的名菜,目前我们国内的素食餐厅也挺流行,而巴黎则流行吃用它做的三明治。

It may not fit in with everyone’s image of classic French food, but in today’s Paris, a falafel sandwich is just as Parisian as a ham sandwich. The most famous place in the city is called L’As du Fallafel, and the line often snakes around the block. Falafel is a deep-fried ball, or a flat or doughnut-shaped patty, made from ground chickpeas, fava beans, or both. Herbs, spices, and onion relatives are commonly added to the dough. It is a well-known Middle Eastern dish that most likely originated in Egypt. The fritters are now found around the world as part of vegetarian cuisine, and as a form of street food.
炸豆丸子三明治可能不符合大家对经典法餐的印象,但在如今的巴黎,它就像巴黎的火腿三明治一样受欢迎。在这个城市(品尝这种三明治)最著名的地方叫L’as du Fallafel,人们经常在那里排起蛇形长队。炸豆丸子是一种油炸的球形或扁平或甜甜圈形状的小馅饼,它是用剁碎的鹰嘴豆、蚕豆或两者混合制成的。通常还可以在面团中加入香草、香料和洋葱。这是一道著名的中东菜,很可能起源于埃及。这种油炸馅饼如今在世界各地都可以找到,它是一种素食菜肴,也是一种街头小吃。
