埃及盖浇饭

除了埃及拌饭，埃及盖浇饭法塔赫 Fattah 也是常见的米饭吃法。

这种米饭料理中会有炸过的面包片，顶上会有大块的牛肉或羊肉，然后同样还有埃及风味的番茄酱。

Fattah is a rice dish made with fried pieces of bread, a garlic and tomato sauce, and lamb or beef. Newer, trendier restaurants get a little fancy and make fusion options such as chicken shawerma fattah.
法塔赫是用炸面包片、一种用大蒜和番茄制成的酱、羊肉或牛肉做成的盖饭。新颖又时尚的餐厅会搞出一些花样，提供融合菜式，如鸡肉沙瓦玛法塔赫。
