葡萄牙人是宿命论者

命运在葡萄牙文化里是个重要的概念，葡萄牙人相信命运，是所谓的宿命论者。

葡萄牙的民族音乐甚至就叫做“命运”，也就是英文的 fate，在葡萄牙语里是 fado，所以我们一般翻译成“法朵”。

这种歌曲忧伤哀婉，现在已经被联合国教科文组织认定为非物质文化遗产了。

Portuguese are fatalists. Fatalism is an essential trait of Portuguese culture. One of the most obvious expressions of it is the traditional music Fado, which literally means ‘fate’. This is characterized by mournful tunes and lyrics, often about the sea or the life of the poor, and infused with a characteristic sentiment of resignation, fatefulness, and melancholia. It has been recognized by the UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2011.
葡萄牙人是宿命论者。宿命论是葡萄牙文化的主要特征。它最明显的表达形式之一就是传统音乐法多(Fado)，字面意思是“命运”。它的特征是哀伤的曲调和歌词，通常是关于大海或穷人的生活，并注入了一种听天由命、命中注定和忧郁悲伤的情感。它于2011年被联合国教科文组织承认为非物质文化遗产。
