另一个超爱的蔬菜：孢子甘蓝

这种和草莓一样大的小包菜在国内越来越常见了，中文里叫它孢子甘蓝，而英文则是叫 Brussels sprouts，直译过来就是“布鲁塞尔芽菜”。

这种蔬菜在比利时已经有很长的种植历史，当地人也很喜欢吃。

Brussels sprouts have been grown in Belgium for over 400 years. The leaf vegetables are typically 1.5–4.0 cm in diameter and look like miniature cabbages. The Brussels sprout has long been popular in Brussels, Belgium, and may have gained its name there.
比利时种植抱子甘蓝已有400多年。这种叶类蔬菜的直径通常为1.5–4.0厘米，看起来就像小型甘蓝。长期以来，抱子甘蓝在比利时布鲁塞尔地区很受欢迎，或许因此而得名。
