Mussels with fries, is a classic Belgian dish you can find at just about any café or brasserie in Brussels. It's one of the foods to eat in Belgium. The most common way mussels are served in Belgium is steamed in white wine, in big black mussel pots. In addition to wine, moules marinières also contain shallots, parsley, and butter. Other cooking methods include cream, beer, or even mustard sauce.
贻贝加薯条是比利时的经典菜式,几乎在布鲁塞尔的各个咖啡馆或小酒馆都可以找到这道菜。 这是在比利时要尝一下的菜式之一。在比利时,贻贝最常见的吃法是把它放在一个黑色的大贻贝罐中,加入白葡萄酒,然后把它蒸熟。除葡萄酒之外,白葡萄酒蒸贻贝这道菜里还可以加点香葱、欧芹和黄油。贻贝的其他做法还包括加入奶油、啤酒,甚至芥末酱来进行烹饪。
