1. knock it of

knock it off用来告诉别人别来烦自己,可以翻译成“住嘴;住手”。

而让人别说话,还可以说“hold your tongue”。

Hold your tongue, young man!
年轻人,别说话!

I'm going to have to learn to hold my tongue.
我以后得学会管住自己的嘴。

2. forced

这里的forced是形容词,表示被迫的,比如不得已做某事:

The plane had to make a forced landing because one of the engines failed.

也可以形容(笑或情感)勉强的;不真诚的:

She tried hard to smile but suspected that it looked forced.
