用米饭做布丁

丹麦人也用米饭，但并不是主要的主食。

反而是用米饭做的甜点更出名，其中最出名的就是丹麦米冻Risalamande

米冻上还会放热的樱桃。

Risalamande is a version of rice pudding. It’s served cold and topped with hot cherries. When eaten at Christmas time, there is an almond hidden somewhere in the batch and whoever finds it in their bowl wins a prize. Things can get extremely competitive looking for that one almond.
丹麦米冻Risalamande是一种米饭布丁。它是一种冷餐，上面淋着煮过的热樱桃。在圣诞节期间吃这种布丁的时候，某个布丁里会藏有一颗杏仁，在碗中发现这颗杏仁的人会赢得一个奖品，因此寻找杏仁的竞争会变得非常激烈。
