国民美食:猪肝酱

丹麦人不光爱吃猪肉,也爱吃猪肝。

他们会把猪肝和猪油混合在一起做成猪肝酱 liver pate

 

这种酱在丹麦国内随处可买,是涂面包的神器。

Danish liver pate is probably one of the most traditional toppings on rye bread or white bread. Normally, you’d eat it on its own, but many like to top it with either pickled beetroot or fried bacon and mushrooms. You can get liver pate anywhere in Denmark.
丹麦肝酱或许是黑麦面包或白面包最传统的配料之一。通常你可以直接享用,但许多人喜欢在上面加上腌甜菜根或煎培根和蘑菇。在丹麦各地,你都能买到肝酱。
