很有特色的“不竞争”文化

这又是丹麦人快乐的一大原因，他们的文化中有一个神奇的基因，那就是“不竞争”，还有个专门的词 Janteloven 来形容它。

旁边的芬兰、瑞典等国也有相似的意识形态，那就是尽量消除社会上的竞争文化，从小就在教育系统中构建“所有人都一律平等，各种能力都有价值、都该被认可”的观点。

以此构建出“每一种工作都是好工作”的社会。

The Danes have a term called Janteloven. We have a similar thing in Sweden with the same name but in Swedish. The meaning of this can be summarized that no one is better than the other, and today, it’s an important part of the culture where everyone is accepted and equal. However, the origin of Janteloven was to hold people down and make sure that they didn’t think that they’re better than anyone else.
丹麦有一个叫做Janteloven的词语。瑞典也有一个类似的词语，不过是用瑞典语表示的。这个词的含义可以概括为，没有人比其他人更好，而现在它是丹麦文化重要的一部分，即每个人都被认可，而且人人平等。然而，Janteloven这个词最初是为了压制人们，并确保他们不认为自己比别人更好。
