# 用特种甘蔗酿的特种酒

正如上面所说,他们吃黑豆餐的时候会配上甘蔗酒。

甘蔗不光可以制糖,还可以用来酿酒,比如著名的朗姆酒 rum 就是用甘蔗酿的。

而巴西人则用自己的特种甘蔗酿出了独特的甘蔗酒 Cachaça,读音差不多是“卡莎萨”,它被称为“巴西三宝之一”。(另外两宝是足球和桑巴舞)

卡莎萨的一大用途就是拿来制作巴西著名的鸡尾酒“凯匹林纳” Caipirinha

Caipirinha is a popular cocktail. You can’t visit Brazil without having a Caipirinha, it’s like visiting Cuba without having a mojito. Caipirinha is the national liquor drink and it’s made from the local Cachaça, Lime, and Sugar, served with ice in an old fashioned glass. Dating back to the 1500s, cachaça is made from fermented sugarcane juice and is best known as the fiery kick in caipirinhas – Brazil’s national cocktail.
凯匹林纳酒是一种颇受欢迎的鸡尾酒。去巴西一定要喝凯匹林纳酒,就像去古巴一定要喝莫吉托酒一样。凯匹林纳酒是巴西的国酒,它是用当地的甘蔗酒、酸橙和糖酿制而成的,可以盛在老式的玻璃杯里,并加冰饮用。甘蔗酒(Cachaça)是用发酵的甘蔗汁制成的,可追溯至16世纪,它作为巴西国民鸡尾酒凯匹林纳酒火辣口感的来源而广为人知。
