# 俄罗斯人吃饺子

俄罗斯人也吃饺子，只是做法和吃法跟我们的不尽相同，这算是他们的国菜。

说起俄罗斯菜，最先应该试试的大概就是俄罗斯的饺子了。

Pelmeni is the national dish of Russia. They are pastry dumplings are typically filled with minced meat and wrapped in a thin, pasta-like dough. They can be served alone, slathered in butter and topped with sour cream, or in a soup broth. Definitely a favorite in Russia and Eastern Europe!
佩尔梅尼是俄罗斯的国菜。这是一种油酥饺子，它通常以肉末为馅，然后把馅料包裹在薄面团里。它们可以单独食用，也可以涂上厚厚的黄油，淋上酸奶油，或者放在汤里。它绝对是俄罗斯人和东欧人的最爱！
