# 民风奔放，亮瞎双眼

战斗民族的民风是真的奔放，连节假日的画风都很彪悍。

他们有个“全国性爱日”，不干别的，就是让大家放假回去造小孩。

政府希望用这个节日来提高俄罗斯的生育率，而就目前的数据看来，这是有效果的。

啊，对了，这个节的发源地是列宁的出生地。

Russia has a national sex day. A Russian Holiday, known as Day of Conception or Procreation Day. It takes place each year the 12th of September and was made popular by the region Ulyanovsk (the birthplace of Lenin). The day is meant for Russian workers to take a day off in order to make babies, and it’s working quite well because every June, the birthrate is higher than in other months. 
俄罗斯有全国性爱日，这是俄罗斯的一个节日，又被称为怀孕日或生育日。它在每年的9月12日举行，被乌里扬诺夫斯克地区（列宁的出生地）推广开来。这一天俄罗斯上班族会放假一天来造人，而且其效果很不错，因为每年6月新生儿出生率都比其他月份高。
