面试时需注意用词，多描述实际情况，避免过多套话，做到口语流利、语法与逻辑无误。

英文面试自我介绍应该包括：礼貌性问候、基本信息、个人经历等内容。

而个人经历里应该要提及“你作为职场人员都做过什么”、“你认为工作中什么是重要的”、“你如何为公司创造价值？”。

而自我介绍时，要注意眼神交流、语言简练、肢体语言积极坚定、不要情绪化或者表现得过于紧张。

还应当要避免迟到、负面言论、傲慢、看手机、着装不当的行为。

1. Put on a smile and greet the interviewers & give details about Name, Place after greeting: 微笑，打招呼后介绍姓名、地址

For a start, the candidate requires to smile and greet all the interviewers sitting on the panel. While greeting the interview deliver a firm handshake saying “Hello”, “Good Morning” or any other greeting. Moreover, the place doesn’t include a whole address. Therefore, a candidate should keep their starting stage clean and precise.

这种情况下可以使用STAR策略。

STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action, Result: 

S-情况，T-任务，A-行动，R-结果。

Situation - You start by explaining a situation which required you to solve a problem, use a skill, or come up with a new idea.

情况-你首先解释一个需要你解决问题、使用技能或想出新想法的情况。

Task - Next, you explain the action that your job requires in such a situation.

任务-接下来，你解释一下你的工作在这种情况下需要采取的行动。

Action - After, you describe the action that you took. If it’s different than the required task, you should also explain why you chose a different path.

My name is XXX and I am from XX. I am currently studying Finance and Economics at Hong Kong University. I was raised in Bengalu and when I was 18 I moved to Hong Kong to take my university study. It was a fun experience. I think I have been fortunate enough to be able to live in different parts of the world and thus be able to broaden my horizon.

I have a strong interest in banking and financial services industry.
