1. Lovable

Something, someplace or even someone.  Generally, we use this to refer to someplace or some activity.

Is normally used to refer to someone or someplace as being attractive and likeable.

We use cute to refer to someone or something in an enduring way.  It is also often used to describe someone as being attractive.

5. Cuddly

Cuddly is often used to describe something or someone that is comfortable to embrace or hug.

6. Sweet

When we hear the word sweet most people first think of candy or sugar.  However, sweet has multiple means.  As a synonym to adorable it is used to express admiration for someone or something or referring to someone or something as thoughtful and kind.

Is often a word we use to refer to a person, but can be used to describe things like movies.  It is often used to describe someone who we find extremely interesting and attractive.

The girl I went out with was simply enchanting, I can’t wait to see her again!

The word endearing is a little more on the formal side and we would use it to describe something, and more commonly, someone that we find inspiring love for or strong affection for.

My husband has so many endearing qualities, I am very grateful for his affection.

The word darling is often used to refer to someone a person cares about, often a spouse.  A more informal form of darling is honey to refer to a person you care about.

Paul: Darling, how about we order a pizza for dinner so you don’t have to cook.

The word lovely is also one of those words that is more formal and often used more with British English.  In refer to something, someone or someplace that is attractive, pretty and/or enjoyable.

Your girlfriend is just lovely, we had such a lovely time meeting her.

11. Beautiful

This one of the most common and probably over used adjectives to describe something people find attractive, pleasing of have extreme liking for someone, someplace or something

You home is just beautiful and so charming, who is your real-estate agent?

12. Winsome

Is an adjective and synonym for adorable that is not used so much.  It is old English and its use peaked in the early 1900’s and continued until about 1935.  We would use winsome to describe something we find attractive or appealing, usually about a person.

Is another one of those words that is not so common and a little dated.  However, it is used to describe someone (usually a person) you find attractive or you might have interest in.

That boy I met at school today, was just simply fetching. I can’t wait to talk with him again tomorrow!

Adorable is an adjective we use to describe something, someone or someplace as likeable, have affection and/or attraction for.

Your son’s poem was just adorable, all of your children are so adorable (or cute)!
