There are various kinds of food in the world. Some are healthy food which are good for our bodies. But some are junk food, such as fried food. Though junk food are tasty, they are bad for our health.
Sometimes I would have some junk food, such as potato chips and coke. However, I don’t have much. Because they are neither nutritious nor good to health. Eating too much can also make me fat. Actually speaking, I often eat healthy food, such as meat and vegetables. In my opinion, they can provide nutrition for me and make me stronger.
When it comes to food, we can have so many different choices. But we need to keep a cool mind and choose food which are good for ourselves. As a result, it’s better for us to stay away from junk food.
