We're going to have an international food festival at our school.
I would like to sell tea and scones from England.

To make scones you will need ..
200 g of self-raising flour
50 g of butter   a little salt
50 g of sugar 150 ml of milk
First, sift the flour and the salt.
Then mix in the butter.
Add the sugar.
Pour in the milk.
Use your hands to make it into a dough.
Make shapes about 5 centimetres wide.
Next, sprinkle the shapes with flour.
Put them on a baking tray.
Finally,cook them for 15 minutes in a hot oven.
You can also make raisin scones.
Add some raisins to the dough.
