各种 loop, 你在圈里吗？ 

 
在外企工作的人，接发邮件时候，常常碰到一个短语，类似 keep me in the loop.
 
那么，你知道这是什么意思吗？
 
loop 最基本的意思是 “圆环” “圆圈”，A loop is a curved or circular shape in something long, for example in a piece of string.
 
这个词引申的意思是 “闭环，环线”，比如：
 
closed loop
闭环，闭合环路
loop control
循环控制
loop system
环形系统，环状管网
 
而在职场上，in the loop, out of the loop 是非常常见的短语。所谓“在圈子内” “不在圈子里” 在商务语言中，意思是“在……局内”，“是……局外人”。
 
只有in the loop的人，才知道某些消息，知道某些决定。所以大家都会在邮件中写一句 keep me in the loop， 意思是 “让我成为局内人，了解XX进展”。
 
再比如：
 
I think that the vice president was in the loop.
我认为副总统是局内人。
 
These activists don't want to feel out of the loop.
 
这些活跃分子不想做局外人。
