In Arizona, arrests of a rally, protesting the state's new immigration law. Demonstrators promised nonviolent civil disobedience, despite ruling by a federal judge, blocking the most contentious parts of the measure.

There may be a plea deal in the ethics case involving New York congressman Charles Rangel. But members of the House Ethics Committee have yet to sign off. Rangel faces 13 charges, such as failing to report rental income.

The Agriculture Department official fired over alleged racial remarks is suing. Shirley Sherrod says she will sue the blogger who posted the edited video. Sherrod was later invited to return to the department.

Relief, for campers near Yellowstone. Authorities capture a mother grizzly and two of her cubs, confident the grizzly is the one that attacked three people, killing one of them.
